Three Tricks to save yourself from the University Semester Stress

This semester is very fresh and you have no pressure. Keep in mind that while intermediate exams may seem like a long time, they hit you faster than you might think. Next, you feel like you're crazy about exams, or just want to write a 10-page article and condemn it for lack of preparation.

Guys, it doesn't have to be that way! The university does not have to be under great pressure. Sounds less interesting? Here are three tips to help you get started to keep you happy and healthy.

1. Use the organizer and planner

Exercise can help you control your weight, increase bone strength, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, and increase your mood and energy. Exercise has been shown to increase endorphin production and cause depression, thereby reducing stress.

There are many different exercises. Choose the people you want, whether you play basketball with your friends, jog on the treadmill or swim in the pool. You will surely find something you like. PS: After exercise, there is no food and the taste is obviously better.
